How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 2-4 weeks. For custom-made or backordered pieces, lead times may vary between 8-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the build.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery which includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
Unused home decor items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture orders are final sale and cannot be returned once production has begun.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All our furniture pieces come with a limited lifetime warranty covering structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources. Use high-quality furniture polish sparingly and avoid products containing silicone.
